I’m always trying to improve in existing balloon designs. I had created an Olaf from Frozen balloon earlier in the summer. It was good, but didn’t quite capture the “essence” of the Olaf character 100%.

I think this afternoon’s piece, created for a birthday party in LaGrange IL is an improvement over my original design. What do you think?
