If you’re in the Chicago area, don’t miss seeing Smarty Pants on WGN-TV for his annual appearance on WGN’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the Emerald Loop in Chicago, IL.

This is the third year I’ll be participating in this televised event – look for Smarty Pants and his amazing St. Patrick’s day balloons to be featured about 8 am tomorrow, March 17th, 2011 on WGN-TV’s morning news program.
